The Winter Solstice is the longest night – and also a turning point in the year – as slowly, slowly the days will lengthen. This years weather conditions have meant that we are perhaps living “closer to the way our ancestors lived” than usual.
Regular readers will probably know by now that I am a bit of a seed fiend. I do enjoy growing things from seed and in this garden it is a necessity I still have a long way to go before my borders are lush and full.
