<p>Last week I asked the question Do you ETSY? and Cindy and Karrita left me comments to say that they had ETSY shops &#8211; so this post is some links that might help with your Christmas Shopping &#8211; if you have not already done it!</p>
<p>I have already mentioned that <a href="http://sweetgrace.typepad.com/the_inadvertent_farmer/" target="_blank">The Inadvertent Farmer</a> has an ETSY shop &#8211; called <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5762010" target="_blank">Sweet Grace</a>, and if ever I have a Grand-daughter &#8211; I might well visit it, to buy one of her darling <a href="http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=14413739" target="_blank">Gracie Apron Dresses</a></p>
<p>Cindy at <a href="http://rosehavencottage.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Rosehaven Cottage</a> contacted me to let me know her shop is called <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6276554" target="_blank">&#8220;Dusting in Pearls&#8221;</a> and currently in her shop she has some beautiful gift cards &#8211; particularly lovely are the <a href="http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=18086034" target="_blank">Shabby Pink Vintage</a> Rose cards. These are created from photographs of the Roses in her garden.</p>
<p>Another Garden blogger who&#8217;s Garden and art are intermingled is Karrita, at <a href="http://mymothersgardens.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">My Mothers Garden</a> &#8211; her ETSY</p>
<div id="attachment_403" class="wp-caption alignright" style="width: 160px"><a href="http://www.artistsgarden.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/il_430xn47855104.jpg"><img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-403" title="il_430xn47855104" src="http://www.artistsgarden.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/il_430xn47855104-150x150.jpg" alt="© Mymothersgarden" width="150" height="150" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">© Mymothersgarden</p></div>
<p>shop is <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5759411" target="_blank">here</a>.  Her ceramics are just the thing if you are looking for some garden ornament.  If the postage cost was not so high to the UK -  On my wish list would be a <a href="http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=18206288" target="_blank">hanging birdhouse</a>. However she does have a range of trinket dishes which might be just the thing for Christmas.</p>
<p><a href="http://hedgewitchuk.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Hedgewitch</a> has a wonderfully informative blog and she makes Beautiful gifts Inspired by Mother Earth &#8211; her <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5407166" target="_blank">ETSY shop</a>.  It is stocked with Knitwear and ceramic jewellery.  I would like to find a packet of her <a href="http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=16953246" target="_blank">ceramic buttons</a> in my stocking &#8211; I think they are charming.</p>
<p>Mark &#8211; the <a href="http://thegreenfingeredphotographer.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Green Fingered Photographer</a> sell his prints via his <a href="http://www.dragonsanddamsels.com/index.html" target="_blank">website,</a> I was lucky enough to get one of Mark&#8217;s prints in a &#8220;give-away&#8221; on his blog &#8211; and his photography is lovely.</p>
<p>Magic Cochin at <a href="http://purplepoddedpeas.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Purple Podded Peas</a> is also a Garden Blogger with an <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5351345" target="_blank">ETSY</a> shop, and sells her beautiful linocut prints</p>
<p>Jane at <a href="http://snapdragongarden.typepad.com/snapdragons_garden/" target="_blank">Snapdragon&#8217;s Garden</a> sells directly from her <a href="http://snapdragongarden.co.uk/index.htm" target="_blank">website</a>, although having just done the Country Living in Scotland Fair, I notice that a few things are now in short supply &#8211; but she has some fun stocking fillers such as her pretty &#8220;corsage&#8221; broaches.</p>
<p>While not on ETSY &#8211; there are a couple of Garden bloggers who write books. One is James AS who recently got an award for his blog, <a href="http://web.me.com/blackpittsgarden/Site_2/Blog/Blog.html" target="_blank">Blogging from Blackpitts Garden</a> &#8211; his book 101 Bold and Beautiful Flowers is just the thing to keep a gardener  warm and happy through the winter. If you &#8220;bung him a fiver&#8221; he says he will send you a copy &#8211; although I don&#8217;t know how much postage would cost outside the UK &#8211; I did indeed bung him a fiver &#8211; and was delighted with the book.</p>
<p>Another Garden Blogger  who blogs at <a href="http://ramblingbloke.livejournal.com/" target="_blank">A Garden Man&#8217;s Musings</a> is Patrick. Patrick&#8217;s book is &#8220;In Pursuit of Perennial Profit&#8221; .  This is a down to earth book, and I have it for the handy tips about selling on plants &#8211; so that I can make my Garden self-financing.  This book is available from the publisher, and there is a lot more information <a href="http://www.capallbann.co.uk/popup.cfm?p_n=22790&amp;p_i=22790" target="_blank">here</a> &#8211; a bargain at £7.95</p>
<p>Another ETSY sellers who&#8217;s work I enjoy is <a href="http://rowanspatch.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Annette Emms</a>, she has a wonderful pattern for <a href="http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=18072805" target="_blank">Fairy Shoes</a> &#8211; I think they are a delight -  they should definitely be on <a href="http://fairegarden.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">Frances / Fairey gardens</a> Christmas List. So that next year she can make all her garden fairies new shoes for their summer ball!</p>
<div id="attachment_404" class="wp-caption alignleft" style="width: 160px"><a href="http://www.artistsgarden.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/cherry-toes.jpg"><img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-404" title="cherry-toes" src="http://www.artistsgarden.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/cherry-toes-150x150.jpg" alt="Cherry Toes" width="150" height="150" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Cherry Toes</p></div>
<p>In case I forget &#8211; my ETSY shop, which is called <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5521049" target="_blank">Moonsong</a> has textile jewellery, and Giclee prints in it &#8211; but give me a couple of days, because I have got some earrings that I need to put up there.</p>
<p>I could trawl the internet for Christmas shopping ideas for hours &#8211; but I am off now back to the Studio &#8211; where rather surprisingly I am working on Spring and summer images &#8211; the Christmas Spirit will probably strike me around the 23rd December &#8211; when it will be far too late to do anything about it!</p>
