Such detail the wings glisten. i saw a bee on a pink Lavatera it had so much pollen on it it looked pink but I couldn’t get the camera to it in time.

What an utterly beautiful shot – I don’t know if it’s just me, but despite all the talk of hive failure, I seme to have had more solitary (bumble) bees this year than for many a long day.
