Simply stunning! I love the way water looks on plants. My cannas are long gone now.
For once I am feeling quite smug having covered mine up before the frost arrived. I don’t experience that level of satisfaction very often (lol)
You really are talented with that camera of yours. So simple yet so effective.
Cheers
Truly exquisite. I enjoy your pictures so much
Oops… great shot though Karen
Oh easygardener, we don’t get frosts here. Or at least Karen doesn’t on her side of the bay. I get small ones on my side, but nothing like the ones I got in the midlands where I moved from. So we don’t have to worry about covering all those delicate plants. Oops, sorry, should have let Karen say all that. Sorry. Wonderful photo. So, will it flower this year?
Don’t they look wonderful, so full of promise; I hope they do get the chance to bloom. How exotic would that be, Cannas for Xmas?
Exquisite! / Tyra
Beautiful shot – all that rain is good for something.
The droplets are beautiful. The picture as a whole – quite creepy!

Don’t like canna’s at all but I do like this picture, very much so in fact. Great shot!
Aren’t you glad now you forgot? The photo is beautiful with the drops of water!
Brenda
Superb shot, lovely colours!
I’m a bit behind catching up with Thanksgiving preparation but delighted, as always, viewing your stunning photos. This is a keeper for sure, with the reflecions in the water drops!
This is a beautiful photo! I always love to see water droplets on plants. If you look closely, you can always see little tiny pictures in the droplets. I think I see YOU in the bottom droplet!
I have been SO out of touch, and am now flooded with your images. The one that touched me was the leafless tree in the sunset , but couldnt find how to respond to this ! I am ready for another lesson !!!!!!! have missed having you in our garden!!!!!! But am happy you are busy in your studio. I was worried that the rain was getting you down with the roof work going on .
I ‘canna’ understand why you did not cut it back apart from its beauty as it was and now is!!! You left it so that you could create a wonderful photograph and give so many, like me, a pleasurable moment. Thank you again.
